Currently Bubbles to Butterfly has very limited availability. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to accommodate all swimmers & families.

Our Program is running on a 'Perpetual" schedule - once a student is enrolled, they have the option to continue in that same class day & time.  
 

Wait Listing For a Class

• Wait List for the best day and timeframe that will work for your schedule.

• We are offering a wait list for classes offered in the:

  • AM is 9am-12pm time frame

  • PM is a 3:30pm - 7:00pm time frame

• Upon wait listing, please include your preferred class start time in the notes.  

• There is No Fee to be on a wait list

• If you are unable to waitlist for a class, that means that the waitlist is currently full for that day and time frame.

• When a spot becomes available, Swim School will contact you by e-mail with the class time that is open. You will have 48 hours to accept or decline the class.

Making Up a Class

• To be eligible for a make-up class, all absences must be submitted 2 hours prior to your scheduled swim class. You will NOT be eligible for a make-up class by reporting the absence by calling or e-mailing us.

• To schedule your absence / make-up class, log into your Customer Portal

• • ​You will see "Absences/Make-ups" in the menu bar to submit your absence. This will release an immediate opening for another student to come and do a make-up in your absence spot.

  • A reminder that the portal will only show you available makeup spots 10 days into the future.

• Make-up classes are scheduled the the way through your Portal 

  • PLEASE make sure you are scheduling a make-up class in your childs current class level 

  • You will be eligible for a make-up for a one calendar year after your absence​

  • When scheduling your make-up class, you can see classes with openings 10 days in advanced

Other Info​​

• Please ONLY bringing one family member whenever possible

• Arriving to the pool "ready to swim" (in swim suits under clothes, children who are not yet potty trained may change into a swim diaper in the changing room)

• Please enter the building NO MORE than 5 minutes prior to the start of you class

• Wearing a mask throughout our facility is now optional

• Please bring your own goggles, swim suits & towels to the pool.

• Please arrive at the pool "ready to swim" in your swim suit

  • diapered children are allowed to change before & after class on the changing tables in the changing room​

• If your child has long hair, please tie it back out of their face or wear a swim cap

• ALL students & swimmers must rinse off with warm water before entering the pool

• If class is full, you can 'Wait List' for as many classes as you like. You are not charged a fee to be on a Wait List.  We will contact you when a space becomes available in class!  We do recommend that you register for another class that can work for your schedule.
